The Wester Ross Fisheries Trust holds certain personal data for the purpose of fulfilling its charitable objects as set out in its constitution, which includes the protection of fish and their habitat for the public benefit within our district. We will only pass personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject where it is necessary for us to do so in support of the fulfilment of our charitable objects. Data is held subject to our Data Handling Policy. The Trust's responsible officer for data is the Trust's Administrator and any queries regarding this Privacy Statement should be directed at him.

The Site includes links to our e-mail addresses. If you e-mail us, we will use the information you supply us with to progress any business we have with you. We may check the information you provide us with to validate its accuracy.
