WRFT Review May 2011 published

The latest WRFT Review can be found on the 'downloads' page under 'reports' or by clicking here. The review present a summary of work over the past year, and includes reports on the status of fish populations in Wester Ross, monitoring parasites of sea trout in the marine environment, the Little Gruinard fisheries managament plan, the River Carron restoration project, education projects, and reports from stocking and scale reading workshops.

Copies of the report will be sent to WRFT members and supporters and should be available at the WRFT Annual Meeting on Wednesday 1st June at 7pm in Gairloch Community Hall; and at Buckland Professor 2011 Dr Andy Walker's lecture on wild trout at Poolewe Village Hall on Friday 24th June, 6pm.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the work of WRFT over the past year especially donors, grant providers and bucket carriers. The year ahead is likely to be just as busy as the past year: and we are always grateful for any support or practical help with our field work programme.
